Job responsibilities and job requirements:

Responsibilities:
1. Develop standard operation procedures for engineering plastics (SOP) to ensure the safety and stability of personnel and equipment.
2, according to production plan order arrangement, ensure timely completion of production plan;
3, according to the production process sheet, process parameters are set to ensure smooth operation of the production line.
4. Complete routine inspection of equipment, submit work sheets, assist engineers to complete equipment maintenance and maintenance;
5, analysis of process defects, quality accidents, reduce product failure rate;
6, carry out 5S/ lean production activities, reduce costs and improve production department management.
Two. Job requirements:
1. Vocational, technical secondary school or above, majored in mechanical / Automation / polymer materials.
2. Fresh graduates or more than two years experience in thermoplastic operation.
3. Good communication and coordination skills.
4. Good sense of teamwork.
