Job responsibilities and job requirements
Responsibilities:
1, formulate and optimize the quality assurance standard procedures, and supervise the implementation;
2. Responsible for process audit, internal audit, product audit and other certification work, to achieve quality objectives for all departments to manage;
3. Cooperate with other departments for trial production and quality control of new products.
4, establish and improve product inspection standards, ensure product quality is stable, meet standards and meet customer requirements;
5. To train, guide and supervise the production staff and inspectors to ensure the controllability and stability of the process quality.
6. Be responsible for the quality statistics, analysis and feedback of the bad use of QA tools, including customer complaints, to implement corrective measures;
7, actively and actively coordinate the problem solving and tracking the quality problems of various departments.
Two. Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in polymer / Chemistry / chemistry.
2, familiar with ISO2000, UL, RoSH standard system;
3. More than 3 years experience in thermoplastic testing (instrument and equipment) / quality management.
4. Familiar with Office office software;
5. English level 4 or above;
6. Job location: Zhangzhou Changtai industrial area;
